Set Your Sites, Inc. Closes Pre-Seed Investment Round to Bring Tech Innovation to the Great Outdoors
Lincoln-based startup secures funding to expand its smart campsite planning and outdoor adventure platform.
Lincoln, NE – May 2, 2025 – Set Your Sites, Inc., a Nebraska-based startup revolutionizing the camping experience announced the successful close of its pre-seed investment round. The funding will accelerate development of its web app, which helps campers discover and pay for their sites more efficiently than ever before.
The round was led by Invest Nebraska, with participation from Nelnet, MOVE Venture Capital, Nebraska Angels and outdoor-focused early-stage investors. This marks a significant milestone for the Lincoln startup, which launched its first product in 2024 with the mission of making the outdoors more accessible and modernized.
Set Your Sites aims to remove the friction from outdoor trip planning and help users focus on what matters: enjoying nature.
“We believe technology should make it easier to unplug,” said Stacy Dam, co-founder and CEO of Set Your Sites. “This funding will help us grow our team, refine the product, and bring the next generation of outdoor hospitality tools to campers and campgrounds across the country.”
The company is currently onboarding new campgrounds and plans to apply for SBIR funding in fall of 2025 to commercialize nationally.
